Lala, I have been watching A.I. for the first time...I never wanted to get caught up in "those shows". I still refuse to watch the Survivor things and the bachelor/bachelorette things.
Anyway I have an OCD that is not comforting as it involves pulling my hair out and I have to be very careful that I don't create a worse problem and more anxiety. If I tell myself don't do it it's like telling me not to think of a pink rhinocerous. It mostly happens when I am bored but it also seems to have reappeared because of the divorce, moving, living by myself for the first time ever.Oh and about you guys turning 25 and being bummed. I am 46 and wouldn't go BACK to being 25 for all the tea in China. I love what each new year brings me with respect to growth and experience and confidence. Not that my act is completely "together" but I do things more for myself now than for others.
