YOU *need* to live because I need you. Please.
Maybe sometimes you can find pleasure in helping, and that pleasure is worth living for. Isn't that "want"?
I don't *want* to live for me. But I have made it through the hardest times by *wanting* to be around to help my daughter or my friends.
Are you asking what the purpose of life is? I don't know - but at one point I thought life was fun (and I guess I haven't totally given up on thinking that again).
