I wonder that myslef all the time. I often crave a really tangible way of knowing my life matters and that therefore I should live. My therapist tries to tell me that my life helps other people in ways I am not even aware of. I hope you're fully aware that you sure do make this forum a better place for a whole bunch of people. You've been helpful to me when I've been in a state of extreme distress. You're obviously kind and smart, so I expect you are very important to your friends and family. I think the reasons for living seem distant sometimes because the pain of our illnesses overtakes everything.
