oh ((Emme))
i can so so relate to how you are feeling.
and i don't know what to tell you to help bring back hope, help you think that there is something out there in the world besides the negativity and hurt.

Emme, i know it is so so difficult to believe there is a brighter future for you. But there is! Your problems are temporary. Money comes and money goes. Romance comes and romance goes. Friends come and friends go. Right now you are at a low point and you feel you have nothing to lose. But you do have one thing to lose - the possibility that universal karma will bring money, friends, romance, and fame in one shot, because you deserve it for being strong enough to live through all this!

You are strong. You are doing the right things and taking positive steps to care for yourself every day.

Even though it doesn't feel like much. Even if they are baby steps. You're moving forward and loving yourself.

It sucks and it feels rotten. But if you can even imagine a better day, a richer you with a caring friend out in the wilderness, with a smile on your face, then it's worth it to hold on and take baby steps towards your dream.

Is there an easy outdoor trail that you can do by yourself this weekend if a friend can't make it? I understand the rationale behind kayak therapy. Being outdoors does help.

Be strong.
((Emme))
