good luck to you on your program. i know some of what you're going through...the guilt pile. i bargain, make promises, conditions and rationalizations, yet here again tonight i'm right there with you. i say it's because of my husband when he brings it in the house, but it was this way before, too; even worse, because i didn't have any witnesses then. i definitely feel for your struggle. i quit, for days, weeks, even months at a time. it still creeps back, though certainly not to the extent that it once was. forgive yourself...again, as many times as it takes, and keep moving on.
