I just wanted to clarify what I wrote above. Patricia Hitchcock's role in STRANGERS ON A TRAIN was not a cameo appearance. It was a full role. When I said that Alfred Hitchcock makes cameo appearances in many of his films, that's exaggerating a bit. He'll just walk in front of the camera and often look straight at the camera without saying anything. It's not really a role; it's more of a joke, I guess.
