Friends,
As I walked I found mysel on Wall Street. There was The New York Stock Exchange. And it had an enormous American Flag over it's front, as if to say that freedom shall not perish from this earth.
I walked to the docks from there to see The Brooklyn Bridge. A magnificant structure today as it was over a hundred years ago when it was constructed. There were crods of people on the water front and there was a lady dressed in a dress that was an American flag. She was singing, "God Bless America".
It is my deep conviction that she was singing that song from her heart, for she refused any money from those that passed her. What a city.
