You are not so unlike us, Sphinx. Many of us have asked that question at one time or another. And many of us have felt the same darkness.
Please try to reach out for real life help again. Things can get better. Shar can tell you that. Cass can tell you that. Heck, even I can tell you that. Call the hospital that refused to admit you, and tell them what you did. Demand help if you must.
