HI Howd your pdoc appt go? Thats real good that your anxiety is reduced.
I think i am feeling the same i have not had so much anxiety, but do have a little and i still am having some wierd feelings and paranoa and stuff to. Your right is hard to stop them. i find im better when i distract myself. Im finished with the day program. it was really good for me, but it ended a while ago.
Im feeling prettty good mostly. You sound like you are pretty good too. Think positive helps too.
