Hey, glad to see your still here!! Im ok thank you. Seeing a Pdoc today. Much reduced anxiety, still got weird feelings and thoughts, just got to try and stop them, thats the hard part!! How are you? Have you compeleted the programme you were on? You sound well, hope so!!
