Jyl,
You've outdone me by far! One of mine was almost 9 lb and the other 10.

I wish you could send me your healthy body image.
When I read it I knew in my heart it belonged to me, too. Why can't I stop this? I don't want to be 50 and in a wheelchair. Sometimes I feel like I look 10 years older.

But I'm trying. I'm running again and trying to like my body.

I need to accept that my weight is healthy. Fuck the people who tell me how different I look now (with pretty good or not bad never mentioned). Fuck magazines with size 0- models.

I need to accept that size 10 and 12 are OK. I know there are many people who would give anything to be in that size.

You're such a great mom, jyl. Bless you and your ffamily.
