How's the snow out your way?
I'm a self-injurer too (I'm hoping that's what you meant when you typed si) I haven't done it in a while though which is good I think. The FXR is starting to feel kinda good actually. I've managed to sleep all the way through the past two nights YAY!! I think the epival will take care of the anxiety to a large extent so I'm feeling pretty hopeful right now. Of course, that could change like the weather but for now, I'm trying to enjoy it. :)
I hope you're being good to yourself S
how's your hair? Did you change it yet or are you staying with the colour?
