I know, much easier said than done.I have done all of that before, trying to locate so many people from my past, like on classmates.com.
I will pick up the phone, and just start calling so many people. When they try and get off the phone, I'll just keep talking. My best friend has just learned when to hang up on me. I gave her permission when I am not manic. Of course she'll call back later to check up on me.
