Not this one. You can have a wake-up call up until 8:00. That's what I chose. The techs told me they need six hours worth of data, and, since sleep clinic participants usually have some sort of sleep disorder, I can't imagine them getting enough data if they threw everyone out at 5:00! But each place and situation is different.

Not this one. New techs start at midnight and are there until 8. Anyone who's on duty can unhook you at any time.

They closed the clinic early due to snow, but they reopened it because the clinic director hadn't authorized the closing. It was very unprofessional.

I'm glad you were lucky enough to have participated in a sleep study. I stress myself out too much and would probably sleep fewer than six hours if I had 12 hours in which to do it.
