Do your research, find where he teaches and contact this dept head (Dean) and the president
of the Uni. The fact that he said this is bad enough, but to an audience of "service users"
is even worse.Craft you letter well, tell what happened and how it made you feel, but avoid histronics or excessiveness. This act is so wrong. This Dr does
not sound compassionate, he is more like an accountant, complaining about spending.
I would think any respectable school would
not want a member speaking so poorly about
fellow humans in need.
