time you want to overeat...put on a pink fluffy cardigan sweater...
and hug yourself and think "Now Teddith...does this nourish your inner
child?"....I'll just bet'cha it'll work like a charm.

Man, that aint right. I get frustrated just reading it. Seems like
it's got to be the drugs! SSRI's make you lethargic...zoloft would make you lethargic...how long
you been on it? Anyway, you're smart, I'm sure you've already thought of everything there is to think of.
I feel for you though.
