don't knock that, I'm married to one and it's pretty good. Neither of you are wimpy weaklings though, physically or otherwise. Some sorts of strength are undervalued in this world.

yeah, try not to concentrate too much on the body shape aspect, that has its own complications, but you'll probably feel better overall if you work out some.

Give yourself LOTS of credit for that. You've been through hell, sounds like, and although you can't put it on your resume or mention it within the first few dates, this is a lot to be proud of.

maybe it's my fault, or maybe the fault of the gym ... I earnestly recommend one with co-ed saunas.
