Ah phooey, Dinah. I was still up but took my own advice and got off the computer. I finally fell out around 3 Pacific Time. I hope you got some good sleep eventually.
Does insomnia come in cycles for you? It does for me and I expect this to continue for the next week or so. Healthy living and no caffeine for me today. Or else I'll see you chat in the wee hours tonight. :)
