I'm also dx'd BPD. I have found Zyprexa (and anti psychotic) to be of great help. I do feel slightly zompified but I'm on a slightly higher dose than most people seem to get help from.
I've also just been put on Ciprimil (Celexa in US) and even thought SSRI's haven't helped in the past the results so far ( 3 weeks in) seem quite positive - its really helped my suicidal and self harming thoughts.
I'm also on a waiting list for DBT which I've heard very good reports with people with BPD.
Theres alot fo web sites out there about it so have a search. I hope you find some help
