I like the idea of floating peacefully above peacefully sleeping sheep.
It's much more conducive to sleep than visualizing forcing Effexor company executives to take a full course of their own medication, withdrawal and all.
But in the end I visualized a double dose of Klonopin, which (eventually) turned out to be the most conducive to sleep.
