Have you ever gone back and reread an email or post that you wrote while you were extremely depressed??? I have and it's almost like it was written by a totally different person. It amazes me how low my depression can be. Kinda scary!! No wonder other people can't handle dealing with me when I'm in that mood.
I'm glad you're feeling better now but I'd still be interested in what other people do on their really bad days.
