i'm sorry your therapist is leaving. that must have you spinning. if you find it helpful, it seems to me that what you are really asking for is to find some stability. it's ok to not try so hard when you are feeling knocked off center. it's ok to take it easy and regroup. i can imagine it being extremely painful right now. i'm sorry you are in this spot. my 2 cents.
