Hey guys,
Do any of you suffer from SAD as well as our other troubles? It's getting quite hot and sunny over here again at the mo (amazing as it's England!!!) and I'm definitely feeling better. Have to admit that I thought this SAD thing was a complete load of bollox when I first heard about it but I really wonder if I get a bit of it as well during the winter months? Maybe it was just all the health probs but it just seems a bit odd that I've suddenly lifted with the weather.
Whatever it is, I'm not complaining, I feel a bit iffy right now but a damn sight better than I have for a long time so whatever's caused it, I don't mind!!!!
