Blimey, *another* thing for you to cope with! (and one day I'll remember to look for *all* your messages before replying!)
There's probably more to it than group therapy- your psychiatrist should be able to tell you? I do know you dont have to stand up- I think that's what happens at AA meetings, tho I'm sure someone else can tell you about them.
If you're drinking lots that has risks for your physical and mental health, so its worth having a bash at this rehab if possible?
There's a free UK helpline for info re alcohol problems- Drinkline on 0800 917 8282 who might have more info. But I'd expect there will be Board members who can share on this.
