I'm so sorry. I feel like an idiot. well, congrats on quitting several years ago!!!!
Again, I apologize.

I tried the gum for a bit.... it did work for the cravings... I just had some dental work it was irritating.

Please go ahead and use me for your inspiration! It'll give me more reasons to continue not smoking!!!!!

Once I told myself that it's ok to have one someday.... that it is something I can enjoy again.... just very rarely, I haven't had the intense cravings!
> > Cold turkey is definately not for me either!! I went from marlboro, to lights, to ultralights.. next I smoked only half. Then when I quit for the first 2 weeks I had to quit cold turkey(I was going in for surgery).. then I started on the patch and that helped tremendously!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted some sort of results... something tangable that I can say "this is why I did it."..... and never got any. In fact, I really didn't feel any different... and I thought I would feel a lot of physical rewards......

Well today I upped it to jogging....I used to jog all the time until some medical problems... now I was doing the gradual walk, walk faster, up to a jog..... well,I started jogging, and jogging, and jogging.... I was amazed at how long I went without getting out of breath.... in fact, I never really did get out of breath. So I finally found a reward!
