Thanks for the update Wendy,

I was very impressed the first time I read her book, the second reading was at the Wrong Time...it was too chose to home...It is good to know there is more real solid attention being paid attention to people like Jamison who has real, inside experience with this world of 'ours'.

She has published scientific articles, a memoir of her bipolar illness, and a new book on suicide. She is a psychiatrist at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and is 55 years old. Her contributions to the understanding of the illnesses we suffer from, and her courage and intelligence, are an inspiration. What an impressive woman!
