Suggestion: Alternative to SPAM is soya sauce, sesame oil, onioon, garlic, marinated 24 hour tofu, fried crispy..in olive oil..mmm yum..but then soya is a great source of phyto estrogens...so, I dont know dreamer...may get the bobbies booobies going...you are sensitive...
