Tina--I'm glad you wrote about this. I feel very
similar to you when it comes to my moods...I don't
feel manic...but go through periods of more energy
and creativity and then I'll go through depressive
cycles and not even be able to imagine how I ever had
energy or creativity. I've wondered, am I bipolar,
or is that just life--ebbs and flows, hills and valleys...and
perfectly normal...I don't know.
Do you take meds? If so, which ones? Have you ever
tried a mood stabilizer?
