i agree with phil - decline lunches - tell her you just know you'll get behind, and ask her: hasn't she already gotten on your case since you had got behind before? and going to 2-3 hr lunches isn't going to help...another spec of advice: look for another job NOW. don't let anybody else in the office know... things can only get worse with a boss like this (i like the 'bottom-dweller' or is it 'bottom-feeder'? image. my ex-boss was that, for sure.)
