Yes, you hit it in the nose. Las Vegas. We also border Arizona.... in fact the border itself is about 20 minutes away.
Canada... never been there. Well, Niagra falls but that probably doesn't count.
I guess I'm not suprised you say it's been warmer. I think it's been that way all over the world......
