> > Willow"Don't suffer alone." Wow, that describes my entire experience to a tee. I always that that my one, my only redeeming quality was that I DID suffer silently. Boy is THAT a good way to get stuck. I definitely need to be reminded that I, too, am a social animal--try as I might to deny it. I can see how group therapy would be incredibly helpful. FOr me, though, just talking to a therapist has been very, very "public." Come to think of it, this board is the closest I've gotten to group therapy and I generally feel impotent to help anyone else; I just feel like a sycophant. At least in one-on-one therapy you're SUPPOSED to be the center of the universe. :)
