Oh Chris, you know my prayers are with you. This is such a temporary feeling (although when you are going through it, it feels anything but that). You are so blessed with your family and you need to hold as hard as you can to that. I think people other than us dxed bipolar go through this type of obsessional thinking, actually it's common in depression. I hope you call your pdoc even if you just saw him if that gives you more strength. I know you want to hide from family/friends when you feel like this, but they can also be an immense help.
