Damned manic spending!

OK. I knew my spending was a little crazy, but I keep getting these manic times, and spending like mad. Just called the bank to sort out something to do with getting cash for my holiday, and they've kinda let me see how bad my situation is... I'm £15k in debt... And thats UK pounds, so like, 22k in US$'s... They've taken my credit cards away, taken my debit card away and my cheque book. I guess I'm gonna have to own up to my husband about all of htis now.. but how?? After months of saying everything is OK, how do I now go and tell him I'm 15k in debt??
Sorry, just needed a rant. I'm fed up of being ill, an djust damn well want to be normal.
