What about substituting the word "destination" for "goal"?

In the past, I have been asked to help develop a treatment plan to address issues and establish goals. That is not to say that new issues will not be uncovered with new goals to be set. However, I don't think it is very easy to predict the ultimate destination where achieving a set of goals will bring someone, especially when one's place in the cosmos changes moment by moment.
