O.k. Happy gurl friend twin......Just STOP it. I want you to attend my classes (LOL)....you can do anything you want to (except for maybe be President?), LOL
It just takes practice; after all, you didn't come to believe or have these negative things put into your head in one day, right!!
You (and everyone) was born innocent and lovely...it's OTHERS who said and did ugly (lies) to and about us.
You can re-program yourself, now repeat after me: I will NOT say anything out loud negative about myself....no matter how hard I want to, I will bite my tongue!
