I do know what you're talking about. Sometimes it helps me a lot to think that I've helped someone else.
I think the whole point of my rant against my therapist is that it's hard to have others see you in a way you don't see yourself. So I say this with due caution, and respect for that fact. I can't imagine that anyone would think you don't know anything at all, psychologically speaking. Not even you. You always impress me tremendously. In your posts to me and in your posts to others.
