I think it's something that's been building for a while. And it will take a while for me to do all the things I've learned to do in response to the OCD.

The huge flareup that first brought me to therapy coincided with a period in my life where I was taking on new responsibilities. It makes sense that it's flaring up again now.

I'm feeling better this morning than I was last night.
