never, they don't seem to happen often enough
and when I discuss them with T or pdoc they sometimes allude to them being just anxiety, or some type of dissociative response or regression in the face of some issue that is difficult to face
I got a lot more of them years ago before therapy and before medication

well, I had been a little irregular with the meds just recently
25mgs of seroquel less per night (now back up to 50mgs)
and an extra klonopin .5 on most days probably, total 1 mg/day (now back down to .5mgs/day)
and I recently stopped smoking pot....again

I got it again today, this morning on the way to work. If it happens again I'll ask if I should do something differently.
