Thanks for the ideas everyone. I need to talk with my t more about this because she's just so sad and there are so many memories and I don't like it. My T had suggested that perhaps the weather change was triggering me, and I definitely think that's part of it, as all the spring/summer memories are coming back in force. I'm just having a rough time, but I'll be fine. I always am.
