It sounds really difficult--I'm sorry. But like the previous poster said, it sounds like therapy is working exactly as it should.

The feelings you're describing are sooo common. I can't tell you how many times I have run from a connection with my T, no matter how much I long for it when I'm not in there. For many of us in therapy, it's natural to feel that way because we were never taught to be securely attached in a trusting relationship.

Even though you only have one session next week, it might be good to try and talk about how you feel. You could even read him parts of your post. It's a very accurate description and I'm sure he'd be glad to know the things you wrote in there.
