That last therapy show about the woman, State of Mind I think?, sort of made me worried in the scenes where she'd get up and yell at her clients in her mind, then they'd show the reality of her bahaving in a therapist-like way.
I bugged my therapist for a few weeks about whether he got up and yelled at me in his mind, until he finally told me that if he got up and yelled at me in his mind, I'd be able to see him do it. Which is likely true...
