thanks for sending good thoughts my way.. i am doing the same for you.
you need to have him or someone help you find someone you can lean on in his absence.. it is amazing how many issues crop up when T's are inaccessible. You have a struggle to face and i know you can do it, but you should set up as much of a network as possible.
you can do the leg work, but he knows you best and should recommend someone that he thinks will be most helpful for you.
personally... if it were me, and it isn't... what i would request is that the "surrogate T" have a session with all three of you there... i would want to meet the new T while having my own T there.. but that's just me.
