It's a bit of a leap from transpersonal psych to CBT, though the idea of radical acceptance fits comfortably with both.
In the following book there is (if I have the right book) a section on how to turn the experience of depersonalisation to a spiritual end.
There is also info on the treatment of it over time, which is good for a laugh, like amphetamine+ECT.
More recent treatments are not inspiring either, though not so gruesome.
I have only skimmed a little of the book.
