i got confused. i got mixed up and misread your post. well. the details are all wrong in my reply, but the gist of it is still applicable- your therapist cares. and it's natural to be upset with we are expecting something and the plans change.
And most importantly- you definitely need ice cream (or sorbet -grin-)
