Frankly I don't really know what to think about that subject. On one hand I would think if it is ok for someone to post the stuff online where anyone can read it, then it is ok for anyone to read it.

On the other hand, sometimes I have felt uncomfortable when I found some information on persons I knew and think how they would have felt if they knew that I know this about them.

But I certainly think paying some service to find info is wrong. And so is using info that you find for stalking etc. Harmless information reading, just for curiosity doesn't seem that bad to me.
