I guess I just don’t understand. In recreating our pasts, aren’t our T’s supposed to provide a safe and nurturing environment where we can experience how it “should have been”? Instead, I’m going through the same pain with my T and he can’t give me a different outcome.

Sorry, I guess I’m just thinking outloud.
