So you have like a tape loop of this playing in your head? I had a series of traumatic events that would not settle down in my memory banks, just came back to me every time I'd close my eyes, or try to chill out, or just not "do" anything. these were thing that happened a long time ago, and the memories really haunted me. It created severe anxiety for me. That I would never be able to Get Over It.
Is that what happens to you?Does your dad continue to call you nasty names?
