I'm sorry you are in so much pain, cricket. Can you let the little kid who needs your therapist write? Can she say why and what she gets from him? Maybe if you can hear her, you can figure out whether to stay or go.
It is hard to let the other parts write, I know. I wish things were easier.
Be gentle with yourself.
