> I just thought I would share - in case somebody is trying to break their head in trying to understand themselves and wishing they understood themselves better.. it really doesn't matter too much. to a certain extent it helps, but you don't have to udnersand everything about yourself.

I just want to stress that this is YOUR experience and opinon--not an absolute truth. People are very different. Person A can have problems and go to therapy and learn some techniques on how to address it. Person A may gain little to no insight, but she does just fine. That's all she needed. On the other hand, person B may find that kind of therapy empty. She may crave lots and lots of insight before she can feel whole. There isn't one way that is better than the other and there is no surefire way to achieve happiness.

I'm glad that you are coming to understand the value of insight for you and I appreciate that you are trying to help fellow babblers.
