I was all formed by the time most of those shows came out!!
I definitely remember taking my cue from sitcoms on what family life should be, and from my own family on what it shouldn't be.
But I'm a bit fuzzy on what shows they actually were. The Brady Bunch, of course. Probably some old black and white ones. And possibly some shows that had chosen families as well.
